These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Skywaves, including website creation, SEO optimization, maintenance, and related digital services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Skywaves provides website development (up to 10 pages unless otherwise agreed), advanced SEO optimization, enhanced maintenance and security, priority support, and quarterly performance reports. Scope details are defined at the time of purchase.
All payments must be made in full prior to project commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscription services (if applicable) are billed on a recurring basis. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Clients must provide required content, access credentials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication or materials may affect project timelines.
Reasonable revisions are included during the development phase. Excessive or out-of-scope changes may incur additional fees.
While we implement best-practice SEO strategies, search engine rankings are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.
Ongoing maintenance includes updates, monitoring, and security enhancements. Skywaves is not liable for damages caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or external cyberattacks beyond reasonable protection measures.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website deliverables. Skywaves retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Skywaves shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
